2022 Assessment Open Book and Board of Review Sessions   2022 Open Book sessions were held by phone with the assessor on April 29, 2022, from noon-2:00pm. Board of Review will be held on May 10th, 2022, 7:00pm.   If you wish to enter a formal appeal to the Board of Review, you must give notice of your intent by contacting the municipal clerk at least 48 hours before the Board of Review begins. New assessments will be finalized on October 27th, 2021.  The last step in the revaluation process, Board of Review, will occur on Wednesday, October 27th at 4:00pm. Any concerns regarding your assessment should first be discussed with Associated Appraisal by calling 920-749-1995. If you still object to your assessment after speaking with an assessor, you will need to contact the Maple Bluff Village Clerk no later than 4:00pm on October 25th, 2021 to obtain instructions for appearing at Board of Review.
