2022 Assessment Open Book and Board of Review Sessions

2022 Open Book sessions will be held by phone with the assessor April 29, 2022, from noon-2:00pm. Please call 920-749-1995 to set up a telephone appointment. Additional Open Book appointments can be accommodated but must be scheduled no later than 7 days prior to the Board of Review. Board of Review will be held on May 10th, 2022, 7:00pm.

If the assessor is not available when you call to make an appointment, please leave a message and they will make every effort to return your call within 24 hours. Please provide your name, phone number, the Municipality in which the property is located, and the Parcel Number from your assessment notice or tax bill. 

If you wish to enter a formal appeal to the Board of Review, you must give notice of your intent by contacting the municipal clerk at least 48 hours before the Board of Review begins. Failure to provide 48 hours advance notice to the clerk may result in denial of a hearing at the Board of Review.
