PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Maple Bluff Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 30th, 2024 at 5 p.m., in-person at 18 Oxford Place or online via Zoom using the following link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85464517964, to receive public comment on and consider the following item:

  • An application for an amended conditional use permit at 617 N Sherman Ave in Lakewood Plaza I. The proposal would allow expansion of a restaurant/bar (Lola’s) into approximately 1,020 square feet of leasable space currently at 615A N Sherman Avenue and adjacent outdoor space, plus potential changes to operating hours, with such use and expansion proposed to include the following uses and activities:
    • Sale of intoxicating liquors and fermented malt beverages;
    • Operations extending outside the hours of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.;
    • Outdoor dining as an accessory use.

The Lakewood Plaza I parcel is zoned “’A’ Business,” within which the above uses and activities are listed as conditional uses under Section 225-42(B)(2) of the Village Code of Ordinances.

A copy of the conditional use permit amendment information is available at the Village Clerk’s office for public viewing during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and provide comments.
