Strategic Plan Information
The Village of Maple Bluff is undertaking a comprehensive Strategic Planning process to help guide major Village decisions over the next several years. The goal of the plan is to clearly define our shared mission, vision, values, and priorities, while aligning long-term community expectations with operational and financial realities.
The Strategic Plan process began in Fall 2025 with broad community outreach, including a Village-wide Community Survey. The survey is now complete, with strong participation from residents. Results from that survey are available by selecting “Community Survey Results” on this page and are serving as a foundational input to the next phases of planning.
Building on the survey results, the Village will move into additional analysis and engagement in early 2026, including focus groups, review of current conditions and trends, and further discussion by Village committees and the Village Board. These steps will help translate community feedback into clear priorities and actionable strategies.
