Village of Maple Bluff park, shelter, and facility reservations are managed by the Parks and Recreation Department. Reservations of Village facilities and park space can only be made by Village of Maple Bluff residents or guests sponsored by residents. Reserve Facilities Online

All reservations will be supplied with four tables (Card Tables) and 16 chairs included with your rental. If you need additional tables and chairs, they will be available at an additional fee. Notification of additional items must be requested at the time of rental and must be completed at least five business days in advance of your rental. The Village has a maximum of 70 chairs and 20 tables available on any specific day.

The Village does not rent or supply the following items: projectors, computers, screens, party supplies, or tents. Renters are responsible for cleaning the facility space after the event.

Amplified Noise and Event or Party Tents require a permit approval prior to the event.

Beach House

Address: 365 Lakewood Blvd (Beach Park)
Capacity: 60
Amenities: Meeting space, two multi-gender restrooms, a Kitchen area (sink, microwave, and refrigerator), a pizza oven, and three garage-style doors that open up to the beach.
Reservations are available weekdays and weekends.

A spacious, empty room with wood-pattern flooring, yellow walls, white trim, benches with cushions along both sides, windows on three walls, a whiteboard, and stacked white chairs near double glass doors.
A spacious, empty room with high vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, wood-patterned flooring, and cream-colored walls. The back wall has cabinets, a countertop, and a sink. Benches line the side walls. Natural light streams in from several windows.

Dailey Cabin

Address: 300 Woodland Cir (Fireman’s Park)
Capacity: 60
Amenities: Large open meeting space with padded flooring with bench seating on two walls,  multi-gender restroom, Countertop area with sink, Dry-erase whiteboard (wall-mounted).

Reservations are available weekdays and weekends.

Tennis/Pickleball Courts

Address: 365 Lakewood Blvd (Beach Park)
Amenities: Two courts are lined with USAT regulation tennis and pickleball courts. Courts are fully enclosed with fencing and windscreens. 

Reservations are available weekdays and weekends, May through September, depending on weather conditions. Reservations are limited to 1 hour.
A spacious indoor gymnasium with basketball hoops, a tan floor marked with red and blue lines, high white walls, an American flag, and banners hanging above red doors. The gym is empty and well-lit.

Village Center Gym

Address: 18 Oxford PL
Capacity: 160
Amenities: Gym has adjustable basketball hoops (8 ft. – 10 ft.), Floor is marked for basketball, pickleball, and volleyball. Equipment: portable pickleball net, basketballs, volleyballs, footballs, and dodgeballs are available for use. 

Reservations are available weekdays and weekends.  
No food or drink is permitted in the gym space.

Village Center Conference Room

Amenities: large conference table seating 13, 12 additional chairs, TV/Monitor, and a Dry-erase board.
