PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Maple Bluff Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 24th, 2023 at 5 p.m., in-person at 18 Oxford Place or online via Zoom using the following link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83910793274 , to receive public comment on and consider the following item.
1) A request for a conditional use permit at 601 N Sherman Ave, Suite D. The proposal would allow the existing tenant at 601 N Sherman Ave, Suite D (Patricia’s Market)– Lakewood Plaza II, to include the following use:
• Sale of fermented malt beverages;
The parcel is zoned “’A’ Business,” within which the above use is listed as a conditional use under Section 225-42(B)(2) of the Village Code of Ordinances.
A copy of the conditional use permit information is available at the Village Clerk’s office for public viewing during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and provide comments.
