There are pumpkins on porches and a chill in the air, so here’s your reminder to mark your calendars for Village Trick-or-Treating on Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 4:00-6:00 pm (after the Packer game)! We hope this weekend option will make a beloved tradition safer for kids and more relaxed for their parents.   As always, residents can opt in or out of trick-or-treat by turning their porch or front door light on or off on the 29th or actual Halloween. Independence Day Also called the Fourth of July, Independence Day is a federal holiday that marks the historic date in 1776 when the Declaration of Independence was approved by the Continental Congress. The written declaration stated that the American colonies were tired of being ruled by Great Britain and wanted to become their own country. The Village Office will be closed in observance of this holiday.

Holiday Parade of Lights

The Village of Maple Bluff is excited for our 2nd Annual Holiday Parade of Lights on November 28, 2021, from 5:00pm-6:00pm. Please join us curbside as Santa tours the Village in a firetruck. We know how much the kids enjoy telling Santa all the things they would like for Christmas, so this year we have arranged for a drop box to be placed at the Maple Bluff Firehouse. Madison Marathon

The Madison Marathon will navigate through the Village of Maple Bluff on Sunday, November 14, 2021. The race begins at 7:00am and the first runners should enter the Village on Farwell Drive at approximately 7:45am and the last runners should be exiting on Sherman Ave. around 12:45pm. Residents can expect significant delays and Village staff recommend avoiding the race route if at all possible. For additional information, please visit the Madison Marathon Website.
